By using the Website, you agree to these terms of use in full. You understand and agree that these terms of use constitute the entire agreement between TSDRC and yourself in respect of your use of the Website and supersede any and all prior arrangements, agreements and representations.

Governing Law

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration in India under the LCIA rules and Indian law. In case of any dispute the matter should be resolved as much as possible amicably between TSDRC and the user. If that is not achievable, in the interest of keeping costs low, the matter will be referred to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator from Delhi Mediation Centre (http://delhimediationcentre.gov.in/) in India applying the Indian laws. Submissions to the mediator can be done in the written form by email or as otherwise instructed by the mediator. If that fails too the parties will submit to arbitration in India under the LCIA rules.
